Nomadic 5G cell: Access and test solution
The “nomadic 5G cell” gives companies the opportunity to use a full-fledged 5G campus network on a temporary basis so that the technology can be tested at a low cost and with low risk. This innovative service is aimed particularly at companies that wish to evaluate the performance of 5G and its suitability for use in their specific environment.
For many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), access to 5G technology is often a challenge, not least because of the high investment costs involved. The “nomadic 5G cell” gives these companies the opportunity to test their own solutions on a prototype basis without having to invest in setting up their own network. This gives them valuable insights into the possibilities of 5G without any long-term obligations.

Equipping with nomadic 5G cell
- Mobile server case with complete hardware and software for a 5G campus network.
- Up to 10 preconfigured SIM cards.
- Provision of 5G modules and end devices.
- Up to two radio heads (antennae) for optimal network coverage.
Investment and scope of services
For your investment in a NOKIA cell (for 4 weeks: 10,700 euros)* or a MECSWARE cell (for 4 weeks: 7,200 euros)*, you will receive the following services:
- On-site commissioning of a temporary 5G network by our experts.
- Configuration of end devices and hands-on training for your team.
- Different configurations of the 5G network, including Open RAN solutions.
- Our support throughout the period of on-site deployment.
*Longer-term provision of the cell can be agreed for an additional charge
