Quick checks for coating processes

A quick check is a fast and easy way for small and medium-sized enterprises in the coating industry to make their coating processes more efficient, stable and sustainable. With a minimal outlay, it is possible to identify some clever optimization measures that represent a cost-effective and effective alternative to expensive new investments — ideal for a future-proof coating process.

Start your quick check now!

Our teams are specialists in painting processes, electroplating processes, dispersion processes and printing processes. In just four steps, you can obtain specific recommended actions and a clear roadmap so that you can implement optimization measures yourself or together with us.

The quick check in four steps:

Step 1: Site visit and survey

Step 2: Initial vulnerabilities and errors, including documentation of causes

Step 3: Initial, company-specific package of measures and cost estimate

Step 4: Presentation of measures and rough roadmap

Our teams incorporate their expertise from a wide range of optimization projects into all four steps of the quick check. Our innovative analytical tools and a tried-and-tested system help to produce quick and cost-effective optimization solutions.
