- Data strategy: Development of a concept for monetization of company data and evaluation of partners.
- Initial setup and configuration: Use of integration services and development of connectors for integration of company data, systems and processes in the ecosystem of the data space.
- Pilot projects: Implementation of selected use cases based on data spaces, including performance measurement
