GenAI – use case identification and prioritization
This project analyzes and evaluates generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) use cases so that you can select the most promising cases for implementation in your company. The goal is to offer you the best possible options for investment in GenAI-based use cases.
Investment and value proposition
The price of implementing the project starts from 60,000 euros. The project offers you:
- Identification and technical evaluation of potential GenAI use cases.
- A systematic approach to prioritizing use cases based on a combination of technical feasibility and economic potential.
- A detailed analysis of the top three use cases, including a process analysis and a cost estimate for the implementation stage.
Scope of services
The project comprises four phases:
- Gathering and evaluation: GenAI use cases are gathered and evaluated through workshops with Fraunhofer IPA.
- Prioritization: The use cases are prioritized according to technical feasibility and cost-benefit considerations based on bilateral interviews and analysis.
- Deep dive: Detailed analysis of the top three use cases, including a detailed description, evaluation and project plans in order to obtain more detailed findings and an investment proposal.
- Presentation of results: Summary of results with best practices and potential implementation partners in a final presentation and preparation as an investment proposal.
