The »Industry 4.0 readiness check« costs between 4,000 euros and 5,000 euros and comprises the following:
- Preparation: Clarification of participant group and gathering of information about the company.
- Implementation: Company tour and detailed questionnaire with 70 questions.
- Evaluation of the current level of digital readiness based on a structured questionnaire.
- Definition of a target range for the digital transformation in collaboration with your team.
- Development and presentation of results: Predicted potential for improvement as a basis for developing strategic measures to increase digital readiness.
Optional additional services
Customers can complete the readiness check either as a guided assessment with employees from Fraunhofer IPA or as an online self-assessment. The use case repository from the roadmapping process is also available for more in-depth analysis.
