Investment and scope of services

The cost of the basic package starts from 44,000 euros and focuses on a primary field of activity. Each additional field of activity costs 8,100 euros. The project involves a number of steps, starting with an initial analysis and development of the vision and proceeding to detailed project planning and optional transformation support.
 

Procedure and expected results

The roadmapping process comprises four phases:

  1.  Identification of challenges and areas with potential, including a readiness check and detailed process analysis.
  2. Development of a digitalization vision and a KPI target system for a clear definition of where the digital transformation should lead.
  3. Development and adaptation of use cases tailored to the business processes.
  4. Prioritization and project planning to make the maximum impact and take account of technical dependencies.
     

Optional additional services

For companies that need a more in-depth analysis and specific adaptations, Fraunhofer IPA offers extended workshops and individual consultation sessions that are specifically targeted at the customer’s unique requirements and goals.
